This report will focus on the viewership of talk shows on YouTube at the time of US Presidential elections and President-elect Donald Trump’s first 100 days in four-time frames.

June 2015 – Dec 2015 

In this timeframe, Business magnate Donald Trump, Massachusetts physician Jill Stein, Governor of Louisiana Bobby Jindal, Governor of New Jersey Chris Christie, Governor of Ohio John Kasich announces their presidential nomination from their respective parties. Concerning presidential debates, five Republican party debates and three Democratic debates were held between July to December.

Jan 2016 – July 2016

In January 2016, third and fourth democratic forum was held whereas seventh Republican debate took place in Des Moines, Iowa. February started the race for the caucuses with many candidates withdrawing their candidacy from the presidential race. With Donald Trump leading the Republican primaries/caucuses, and the epic voter confusion between supporters of Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, July ends with Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump accepting the respective party nomination along with their Vice – President pick.

Oct 2016 – April 2017

On October 2016, Mike Pence (Trump’s running mate) ends up narrowly winning favor over Tim Kaine (Clinton’s running mate). Also, this was the month of presidential debates as Hillary Clinton managed to win almost all of them. But after that, the presidential race for Hilary Clinton went into a downward spiral.

On Nov 8th, 2:45 a.m. Donald Trump was the projected winner of the election, becoming President-elect. And on Jan 20th, the 45th President Donald Trump and the 48th Vice President Mike Pence was inaugurated.
