For your 2017’s new year resolution, you don’t need to go the gym to get toned up or to stop being sleepy and lazy throughout the year. All you just need a computer, wifi, yoga mat, and some willpower to workout.

Just don’t hit the snooze and wake the hell up. You snooze, you lose. If you feel like you haven’t had enough sleep and you need to go back to sleep, just try getting up when the first alarm rings and have some water. You need to water the dehydrated body from sleep and then rise like a flower. And then, freshen up, take a yoga mat, put on a workout video in front of you, and get pumped.
