ListsTop 10 TV shows on HBO GO & HBO NOW to Stream this Month

Premium cable and satellite TV network, Home Box Office as in HBO is around since 1972. But from the moment its first original series, Oz came out, television became an inescapable trend. And after The Sopranos, The Wire, and Deadwood, it reached a whole other level.

Other growing TV networks like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon have put out phenomenal shows as well, but HBO’s success can’t be compared to anyone. Also, there’s no comparison of Game of Thrones with any other show. It’s huge, It’s number one on all the top 10 lists, and it will be for a very long time.

What follows GoT are nine TV shows that I believe are amongst the best series produced by HBO, and the best TV series you can stream on HBO GO and HBO NOW right now.

(FYKI: While proper HBO is available in over 60 different countries the new services, HBO Now and HBO Go are only available in The United States. But don’t fret, almost all the popular HBO originals are available in India on Hotstar. You can even binge watch them for free by signing up for one-month free trial. Even after a month, it’s just ₹200, pretty amazing compared to Netflix which is ₹500/month and doesn’t even offer latest seasons of popular tv shows or new movies.)
