Day 25! I thought it would be a fun Instagram vid to jump rope with my weight vest and chains around my neck. Then the chain hit me in a very bad spot.....😫
Day 24 of getting back in shape. Push press 175 pounds. Dropped my iPad lol it has so many cracks all over it but it still recorded the video!
Day 23. Was so beat after finishing working late but didn't want to disappoint you guys so here is my midnight workout! Dumbbell rows 135 x 20
Day 21 did some rehab work for pec. Day 22 down 7.5 pounds so far. Squats 285 + 40 pounds in chains 325 total. Found a better spot to set up to film squats! Hope you guys are doing good!
Day 20! Hope you guys are doing good. Dumbbell curls 50 pounds for 20 reps today. Injured bicep is feeling mostly healed at this point!
Day 18 of getting back in shape! Hitting up that cardio today with jump rope with a 15 pound weight vest. Keep exercising guys we all got this!
