295 squat PR. 20 lbs up from last week. Pretty easy. Road to 315

285x4 rows. Kinda sloppy but progressive overload is key (i guess)
225 for 1. Form kinda sloppy, coulda did more too but jumped 25 in one sesh. also dem arms tho
185x5 PR. Not the best form nor the heaviest but a work in progress.
