D A N C E 💃🏻 ...It enables you to find yourself & lose yourself at the same time. I started dancing or wiggling as i like to call it at around 14 weeks, i’d wake up and have this urge to simply move & its stuck with me ever since. Each morning is a new song, eyes open, eyes closed, curtains open, sunlight on my skin, clothes on, clothes off, just whatever feels right. The best part is bump totally knows it’s happening & i can feel him or her moving with me, i can’t wait to do it with bump when it arrives! What’s your morning routine? Comment below! .

P U S H 👊🏼 I love to test my limits and push my boundaries, exercise is not about size or shape for me but about what I can and cannot do. People love to tell you what you can’t do but I feel im here to show you what you CAN! Obviously don’t start pushing a sled or running a marathon when pregnant if you haven’t done it before but DO continue with what you were doing before, just reduce the intensity, the weight, up the rest and focus on pelvic floor & breathing! What would you like to be able to do? .

T R U T H ✔️ The secret is out, the truth to staying your healthiest no matter your size, shape or situation is to adapt to what suits you at that moment in time. I always hated running, finding that I just couldn’t switch off and would spend my running time thinking about everything I had to do, nowadays my running is more of a jog, walk, sit but that’s fine with me, adapt to what you can do, not what you can’t and know that this time will pass, after all, it’s a journey not a destination. M O V E🧘🏻♀️Waking up and moving my #body has forever been my favourite thing however nowadays my practices have slowed down a little to make space to focus on breathing, mobility and keeping my core strong. Who would have thought you could get so sweaty from moving so slowly! Luckily my favourite grown up purchase has my back, keeping me cool and making sure I create an allergen and pollution free environment while i practice. I’ve officially convinced my friends that the ultimate grown up purchase is no longer a @dyson Hoover but a #Dyson Purifier!
What’s your favourite way to move during Summer? Do you speed things up with quick workouts or slow it down? *Note: @feetup trainer not advised for use during pregnancy, I have been using this long before i was pregnant and have modified my movements and only practice when I feel well enough (or when leon is there to hold me!)

Workout: 20, to 1 reps, partner holds overhead while other completes reps.
1️⃣ Overhead plate hold (10+kg)
2️⃣ Ground to overhead.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a plate, a resistance band, kettlebell, DB or barbell, just remember to lock your arms, have your feet hip width & tilt your pelvis to make sure you don’t over arch your back. What workout do you want to see next? .
