One of my greatest pleasures is taking new workout classes that challenge me to train with different movement patterns… from dance aerobics to kettlebells...Pilates to TRX and literally everything in between. Last weekend, I found myself in a step class headed by the step-queen of Salt Lake City, Jane Barlow Christensen. It was a flashback with a new twist...like a breath of fresh air. I was blown away!
