When choosing a garnish, don’t just head for the fruit aisle – vegetables can bring a welcome balance to a mixed drink.
🍅 For Bloody Marys, try garnishing with carrot or celery to add a savoury and fresh edge to the sweetness of the tomato juice.
🌸 For a floral gin, top with cucumber, for a herbaceous gin try peppery rocket leaves, or go with basil for a citrus gin.

Combine 50ml of @KetelOne™️ Vodka, 25ml of orange liqueur, 25ml of sugar syrup, 10ml of lemon juice, half a mango and a handful of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Blend until smooth and serve in a highball glass before garnishing with any remaining fruit. Fruity and delicious.

Add ice to your shaker, then 20ml of CÎROC Mango vodka and 45ml of fresh orange juice. Shake and pour through a sieve into a coupe glass. Top up with 20ml of Champagne and add a slice of mango to garnish.
