Ingredients:

2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup DEL MONTE Sweet Blend Ketchup (320g)
1 Tbsp hot sauce, optional
2 Tbsp oil
500 g hotdog, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/3 cup margarine
2 pc siling haba, sliced diagonally

Cooking procedure:

1. Mix soy sauce, DEL MONTE Sweet Blend Ketchup and hot sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
2. In a pan, sauté hotdog in oil for 1 minute. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes.
3. Pour the sauce mixture and mix with hotdog, then add margarine. Pour in sizzling plate, garnish with siling haba.

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 15 mins.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp ginger, sliced into strips
500 g chicken, thigh and leg, trimmed
2 Tbsp patis
1 3/4 cup water
1 pouch DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits (115g)
1 Tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
1/2 cup sili leaves, snipped
1 tsp garlic
2 Tbsp oil

Cooking procedure:

1. Sauté ginger in oil. Add chicken and brown all sides.
2. Add patis and water. Simmer until chicken is cooked then add DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits with the syrup. Let simmer then pour in dissolved cornstarch mixture. Add sili leaves.
3. In another pan, fry garlic until golden brown. Top cooked chicken with fried garlic.

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 40 mins.

4 cup chicken stock

1 cup all-purpose cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt

Cooking Procedure:

1. In a pot, combine bacon, onion, chili flakes, DEL MONTE Elbow Macaroni, chicken stock, and DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. When the pasta is cooked, turn off heat then add all-purpose cream, parmesan cheese and salt.

1/2 cup monggo, sweetened, drained

Cooking procedure:

1. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and reserved fruit cocktail syrup then freeze for at least 4 hours.
2. Scrape two scoops of frozen mixture in each bowl then top with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, and sweetened monggo. Serve.

1/2 cup onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup celery, cubed
1/2 cup carrot, cubed
1 pouch DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce (250g)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar, white

2 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup tuyo, filleted
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup black olives, pitted, chopped
2 Tbsp patis

1 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti (400g), cooked
1 cup basil, fresh
1 cup cheese, grated

Cooking procedure:

1. For the marinara sauce: In a pan, sauté onion until translucent. Add celery and carrots then sauté until softened. Add DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce and allow to boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and sugar.
2. In a separate pan, sauté tuyo in oil for 3 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
3. Add marinara sauce, capers, olives and patis. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Toss pasta with sauce and basil. Serve with cheese on top.

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 23 mins.
