Ingredients:

1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp atsuete seeds

1 kg chicken, thigh and leg, bone in
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 cup garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar
1 can DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks (432g), drained, reserve syrup
1/4 cup onion, green, cut 2-inches long

Cooking Procedure:

1. In a pot, heat the oil and atsuete until the oil starts to sizzle gently. Turn the heat off and let the seeds soak for 2 minutes. Strain and discard the seeds.
2. Marinate chicken in reserved pineapple syrup for at least 30 minutes. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat atsuete oil then fry garlic. Set aside the fried garlic.
3. Fry chicken until golden brown in the same atsuete oil. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, sauté onion then add back the chicken. Stir in the vinegar and simmer until almost dry.
5. Add the marinade. Bring to a boil then simmer until chicken is tender. Add the DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks and half of the fried garlic. Mix well. Top with remaining fried garlic and green onions. Serve.

Preparation Time: 15 mins.
Cooking Time: 1 hr. and 8 mins. 
Serving Size: 8

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup celery, cubed
1/2 cup carrot, cubed
1 pouch DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce (560g)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar, white
1/2 cup basil, fresh, sliced thinly
1 cup cheese, grated
1 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti (400g), cooked

Cooking Procedure:

1. In a pan, sauté onion until translucent.
2. Add the celery and carrots and sauté until soft.
3. Add Del Monte Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce and allow to boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and sugar.
5. Toss spaghetti noodles with sauce. Add basil. Serve and plate with cheese on top.

Preparation Time: 5 mins.
Cooking Time: 15 mins.

Ingredients:

300 g tuna steak 
½ cup garlic crushed
¼  tsp salt
⅛  tsp pepper, black
2 Tbsp calamansi juice 

1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp oil 
½  cup onion, white cut into rings
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 pouch DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits (115g)
 
Cooking Procedure:

Rub fish with half of garlic then sprinkle salt and pepper. Sprinkle with half of calamansi juice. Pan-grill with 1 tablespoon oil until cooked. Set aside. 
Sauté remaining garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until brown. Set aside some for topping. To the same pan, add onion, soy sauce, remaining calamansi juice, and DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits with syrup. Bring to a boil then turn down heat to simmer. 
Add fish. Heat for 2 minutes. Serve topped with fried garlic. 

Preparation Time: 10 mins.
Cooking Time: 20 mins.

Cooking Procedure:

1. Combine buko, milk, vanilla, and reserved fruit cocktail syrup. Mix well. Set aside.
2. Fill each ice candy bag with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, then fill with milk mixture. Seal and freeze overnight. Serve.

4 pc eggplant, slice into 4 (lengthwise)
1 pc egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup oil, for frying
1/8 tsp pepper, black
2/3 tsp salt

1 cup cheese, grated
1/3 cup bell pepper, green, diced

Cooking Procedure:

1. Dip eggplant in egg, then coat with bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Add pepper and salt to DEL MONTE Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce. Arrange 8 slices of eggplant in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over eggplants and top with half of cheese and bell peppers. 
3. Repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
