Ingredients:

1 cup sugar, white

8 pc egg yolk
1 can condensed milk (300ml)
1 can milk, evaporated (370ml)

Cooking Procedure:

1. In a pot, heat the sugar to make caramel.
2. Pour the caramel into the mold. Arrange some pieces of DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail before the caramel hardens.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix the egg yolks, condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
4. Strain the mixture. Pour the custard mixture into the mold coated with caramel and DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Cover the molds with foil then steam using a steamer, a wok, or a rice cooker for 25 minutes.

Preparation Time: 5 mins.
Cooking Time: 30 mins.

1 kg chicken, parts, cut up
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup onion, red, sliced
1 Tbsp garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper, black
2 1/4 cup potato
1 cup carrot, cut into cubes
1/3 cup bell pepper, red, cut into cubes
1 pack DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy Curry Mix (40g)
1/3 cup milk, evaporated (370ml)

Cooking Procedure:

1. Cook chicken in water together with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.
2. Add potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers and simmer until cooked.
3. Add DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy Curry Mix dissolved in milk and simmer for 5 minutes.

FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE
2 cup queso de bola, grated
1 cup cream cheese, grated
1 cup cheese, melting, grated

2 cup milk, fresh

3/4 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti (900g), cooked as per package direction
4 Tbsp parsley, for garnish

Cooking Procedure:

1. Season bell peppers and eggplant with salt and pepper then grill until cooked. Set aside.
2. Cook the bacon in a sauce pot until it releases its own fat. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Next, add the DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce. Add stock/water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside. 
3. To make the cheese sauce, mix all ingredients in a pot and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of cheese sauce for the topping.
4. Toss the pasta, half of the grilled vegetables, spaghetti sauce mixture, and half of the cheese sauce. Pour half of the pasta into a 8 x 8-inch aluminum tray, then pour half of the remaining cheese sauce. Top with the remaining half of the grilled vegetables and cheese sauce. Garnish with minced parsley.

1/2 cup carrot, sliced into 1/2 x 2-inches long
1/2 cup hotdog, biased
1/2 cup bell pepper, red, sliced into 1/2 x 2-inches long
1 can DEL MONTE Sliced Pineapple (227g), drained

Cooking Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pot then sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the ground beef then cook until brown. Add DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce, salt, and liquid seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
2. After cooling, place the mixture in a bowl then mix in bread crumbs, cheese, and egg.
3. To cook the hard-boiled egg, pour water in a sauce pot. Cold start and bring to a boil then simmer for 9 minutes. Remove the egg and put it in cold water. Peel and set aside.
4. Ready the llaneras by greasing it with oil then decorate the llaneras using the carrot, hotdog, bell pepper, DEL MONTE Sliced Pineapple, and hard-boiled egg then add the mixture.
5. Put in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes. Take out llaneras and remove the mixture. Serve.

200 g pork, ground
2 pc banana, saba, semi-ripe, boiled, peeled and grated
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
2/3 cup carrot, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, red, chopped
1 Tbsp pickle relish, sweet

4 slices bread, white loaf, diced (1 1/3 cups)
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Cooking Procedure:

1. Boil 1 piece egg. Remove shells. Cut into six wedges. Set aside.
2. Beat remaining egg, combine with remaining ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3. Place every 3/4 cup of mixture on aluminum foil. Form into a log then flatten a bit. Place 3 strips of cooked egg at the center of meat mixture. Roll then fold ends.
4. Steam for one hour. Let cool then chill overnight. Slice diagonally just before serving. Serve with DEL MONTE Ketchup.
