  • The first video shows you how to do the pelvic tilts in the plank position and the second video in the slider shows how to do the tilts in the handstand. Whenever you’re on the plank or in the handstand, it’s important to know how to engage your lower abs and your glutes. This exercise is a great practice. Try ten reps at a time and 2-3 sets in each position.

The @pso_rite mobilization tool is really versatile and can help you to capture and unglue even the masses of deep tissues that are so hard to get to such as the abductors or hamstrings. Foam rollers are not exactly effective at getting deep into those tissues. Even massage balls could be a little awkward to use for the inner thighs and hamstrings.
