  • When I asked for a revenge PIIT28 workout, YOU GUYS DID NOT HOLD BACK!!!!! 🔥😭💀🔥😭💀 I died so many times. It was Sabine from Germany who had the pleasure of torturing me. Omg. The combination was absolute pain!!!! 😖😫 Especially for a cardio hater like me...this was the definition of SUFFERINGGGGGG! Sabine used the PIIT POCKET app to create my workout!

  • To be completely honest, I’m terrified for our wedding day. No - it has nothing to do with the stress of planning (it’s actually been such a fun process) or me and Sam (we’re good). Everyone says it’s going to be so magical and will go by in a blur, but right now, all I can think of is the exact opposite. Why? The wedding has somehow brought my family to pieces and I don’t know how to fix it. But the sad part is, I‘ve been trying to fix it my entire life and it’s only gotten worse. I think we all want it to be better, but it’s almost like we’ve grown into different people who no longer understand each other. I’ve also tried letting it be, and doing nothing, but that seems to make the relationship spoil too. I don’t now you guys. I don’t know what to do. As much as I can just “ignore it” on the wedding day, that’s just a temporary bandaid for a brewing explosion. Do I just need to be okay with being not okay? 😔 PS: On a happier note...here’s a swatch of my wedding dress!!!! 👰🏻

3️⃣ Flys with leg extension
4️⃣ Bulgarian shoulder press
5️⃣ Bench toe tap arabesque 
6️⃣ Tricep dips

  • Why is that when I’m stressed, I end up doing more things that stress my body out!? 😖😖😖Like...NOT wanting to work out...and eating every single edible thing in my sight, but especially carbs!?!?!
