Today I am another 365 days wiser. Last year taught me so many TOUGH lessons that got so close to breaking me. These extreme experiences caused so much pain in the moment, but they ended up becoming my best teachers. Real life lessons are no match for any text book or any theorem. For the pain, for the tears, and for the self-doubt, I am grateful. The wounds that healed became the strength I needed to remain RESILIENT.

      

  • Day 13! How did you guys do today?

      

  • Weightless arm exercises that work? Yup. 💪 I challenge you to try this routine.

2️⃣ 30 robot arms
3️⃣ 30 prayer pulses
4️⃣ 30 single angel arms right & left
5️⃣ 30 double angel arms
6️⃣ 30 punch outs

NO BREAKS!!! Tell me how you feel when you’re done! That’s how we do it POP Pilates style.

  • Sometimes I can only muster up enough strength to get the bra over the top of my boobs. Then I let it sit there. Silently squeezing the life out of me 😐 while impressively giving me great cleavage.

What are some fit girl problems that you guys encounter? 🤔 Comment below and maybe I’ll make a video about it! And if I do I’ll give you a shoutout!

BTW for anyone wanting to complain about how I’m not being inclusive by using “fit girl” instead of “all girls who work out” - let me remind you that the definition of fit is “in good health, especially because of regular physical exercise.” So if you exercise, you’re fit! Congrats! 🎈

      

  • Day 8 with The Body Coach!! Let's go!

      

  • Can you guys believe we're one week into the 100 Ab Challenge already?! Yup, me neither!! Obviously I have to INCREASE the pain for you guys so today we're doing toe touches with my good friends Justine and Jenna Ezarik (and our doggies)!!

      

  • Day 6 of the 100 Ab Challenge is all about TORTURING your obliques - the sides of your waist!! Yep, we're doing 100 candlestick dippers - 50 on each side!! I knew I needed someone tough to do this with me so I asked crazy challenge master, Michelle Khare! Are you ready? Let's go!!

      

  • You’ve been using escalators wrong your whole life. 😶

      

  • You guys I am SO excited to be doing the 100 Ab Challenge with Kina Grannis today! She thinks I'm going easy on her by doing 100 crunches today... but TRUST ME this is gonna burn so good!!
