This week has been a bit strange, the Malibu fires are now smoking out Santa Monica and Venice. The traffic yesterday from the evacuations caused a bunch of stress because I had to go drive around and pick up my children for about an hour and a half last night. I typically enjoy riding my bike in minimizing my car trips.

The smoke is affecting my eyes and my sinuses as well as my energy Field. In fact all the energy around here is very static and dry.

It’s always a good idea to assess your stress levels. There are six factors of stress, physical, Psychic, chemical, thermal, Nutritional and EMF/EMR. VManage and mitigate them wisely.

my body is a bit sore from a big leg day and pushed day I had on Wednesday and Thursday.
Today I will lay low, I took a hot Epson salt bath with apple cider vinegar and now I’m doing a clay mineral mask-on my face. I will have tart cherry juice for the antioxidants, ie oxidative stress from the smoke and it will also help me get deep sleep.

Typically I wine down with salt lamps Christmas lights and candlelight after dark and do my best to stay off my phone… Which doesn’t always work very well. After all I’m human just like the rest of us. We’re on the same boat. The more we can take time practicing self-care, self-love and self nurturing the more love we have to offer others.

before I lay down flat for my final take off into dreamland,
I like to elevate my feet with my butt up against the wall for at least 15 minutes to allow the blood to rreverse circulation and relax my sacrum. Then II may do some mild stretches and get to bed before 9 PM.
