Vidooly is a cross platform Video Analytics and Marketing suite that helps online video content creators, enterprise media companies, digital focused brands and agencies reach more people with their videos and increase audience engagement through actionable video intelligence.

Who can use Vidooly?

Vidooly has different solutions that can be used by online video content creators, based on their requirements:

Vidooly's tool for video content creators – This is primarily for YouTubers / Original content creators / New age content companies who create videos for social platforms such as YouTube & Facebook .

Vidooly's dashboard for MCNs – This can be used by multi-channel networks (MCNs), media networks, multi platform networks, virtual networks, sub networks and content aggregators who own & manages more no. of YouTube channels.

Vidooly’s Brand dashboard – Digital focused brands and media buying agencies that focus on online video marketing and advertising.

Is Vidooly an MCN?

No Vidooly is not a Multi Channel Network (MCN). Vidooly is an online video analytics and marketing company and we provide software suites that can be used by content creators, MCNs, Brands and agencies.

When I already have access to YouTube analytics and Facebook analytics, why do I need Vidooly?

  • Vidooly gives you an exhaustive audience behavior analysis which you won't get on YouTube.

While authenticating my YouTube channel and Facebook page, what data will be accessed by Vidooly?

While authenticating your YouTube channel and Facebook page, Vidooly will only access basic information to generate analytics data that can help you optimize your channel and page better.
Following data will be accessed by Vidooly:

  • Basic Profile Info
  • User Email ID
  • Analytics data (Read only)
  • YouTube Partner Channel Audit (Read only)
  • Do note that WE DO NOT HAVE access to:
  • Add or delete videos from your channel
  • Your Google AdSense account
  • Your monthly earnings

I am already a partner with an MCN. Can I still use Vidooly?

You can use Vidooly even if you're already a part of an MCN. However, it is advisable to inform your MCN about it beforehand.

Will Vidooly take part of my earnings?

Absolutely not. Vidooly only accesses analytics data from your YouTube channel.

I want a demo of the tool before I signup. Can it be arranged?

Yes. You can get our product demo on request. But for better understanding, we recommend to signup for a Free trial of the tool and after that our product specialists can give better insights about your channel.

What about Data Protection? Is my data secure on Vidooly?

Yes your data is completely secure with Vidooly. Our servers are hosted on a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance. And we do not share the information with any third party entity.

Is the payment option recurring or should I make the payment every month?

The payment is recurring by default. The option that you choose while making the payment will apply every month.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your account by clicking on the Subscription tab in the account seetings.

What is the refund policy?

You can upgrade or downgrade your account any time. For refunds, you can send an email to sales@vidooly.com

How often is the data updated?

Most of the analytics data like views, subscribers etc are updated in real time. However, certain complex insights take 36-48 hours to get updated.

I have signed up but can’t see any data in my dashboard!

If you have just signed up to Vidooly, wait for 48 hours till the data gets updated. In most cases, the data gets updated within a few minutes, but on rare occasions, it’ll take about 24-48 hours. If your data does not get updated even after that, send an email to support@vidooly.com

I just signed up but can't access the dashboard!

Vidooly's creator dashboard is available only for YouTube channels with at least 10 subscribers. You can connect your channel again using the same username and password after it crosses 10 subscribers.

Yes. You can still use Vidooly to manage the analytics and performance details of partners in your network.
