When your body is stagnant and trapped with emotions it can NOT flow freely. We want to be giving and receiving information and communication in a relaxed or balanced state. - - Doing this exercise allows you to be in a parasympathetic nervous system response AKA Relaxed in the face of external stressors.☯️ - - In our world today many of us are facing BURN OUT Because of elevated stress hormones, cortisol, the fight or flight chemical messenger. People that can’t lose that last 10 pounds, please take heed. - - Training your body to respond from a “rest and digest“ parasympathetic response, more balanced internal posture will create a more Zen state allowing you to be effective in life, Relationships and business.🙏😃
