I admit that I had @katielobliner film for a follower on IG. While on vacation I got this DM: _ “I have been following you since long time ago and recently been following you in the instagram as well... I kind of noticed one thing that you don't do legs often.. As you have not uploaded any of such video on squats.... I hope I am wrong...” _ I REALLY don’t want this to be what people think of me! LOL. I have many videos saying that if you train 5 days a week 2 of those better be lower body based since lower body is 50+% of your body mass so AT LEAST give them 20% of your time. Plus, because thick, muscular legs are sexy. _ My current leg training program is very similar to my Big 5 Program (Google “Big 5 Lobliner” to find it). I do a day of squats and a day of deadlifts. In addition to those I add in some unilateral movements for the respective quad or hamstring-dominant day and calves. This workout was simple. I worked up to 315 for 5 then ended with 5 sets of 225 for 5 (135, 185, 225, 275, then the work sets begin). If done correctly, and DEEP, squats are really all you need. If I do add things, I add Bulgarian Split Squats and Pistol Squats. All of this is done on my @fitfactorycom home gym so no need for any silly, overcomplicated machines and no dumb shit like hip thrusts on a leg curl machine. Fucking hip thrusts on a leg curl machine, I quit life…. _ My legs look better now in my opinion than they did when I competed. I also do a lot of endurance stuff, sprints and boxing, so I keep my volume lower on leg movements for recovery purposes. _ I will post my daily schedule template soon, but my lifestyle affords me more time in my day to get stuff done. Health is Wealth because you have more energy and mental focus to get shit done. I wake up, down my morning shake including @the_ambrosia_collective Mental Jewels and I am off! Also, Dr. Curt at @hormonehealthwpb has added MK-677 to my HRT. My IGF needed some help and I started this 2 weeks ago. DO NOT USE THE RESEARCH CHEMICAL STUFF!
